Ocean City, MD – (October 22, 2022): Due to potentially unsafe weather conditions predicted to arrive on Sunday by officials, Sunfest is going to conclude its end-of season celebration with a beach bonfire and fireworks on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at 8 p.m.
- Although Ocean City Officials hoped the forecast would change, what has been reaffirmed from Springfest 2022 and Oceans Calling, safety protocols are the Town’s top priority.
- We want to encourage everyone to enjoy the celebration today with performances by The Jets: The Music of Sir Elton John, Earth Wind and Fire Tribute Band, and more.
There are family-friendly activities at Sunfest that will keep you busy all day long! Enjoy beach tractor hayrides or play in the beach maze. You can also watch the Dock Dogs Competition and walk through the artistry and craftsmanship showcase featuring works of art and fine crafts presented by more than 200 artists.
